How to purchase
MASI Lugano Membership can be purchased as of now and will be sent to the address indicated by the end of 2024. It is officially valid from 1st January 2025.

Terms and conditions of MASI Lugano Membership
MASI Lugano Membership and the related benefits are personal and non-transferable.

We recommend you bring a valid form of ID with you to present with your MASI Lugano Membership.

You can take out a Membership at any time, both at our ticket office and online, and it is valid for one year. To access all the benefits your Membership must be current.

Purchasing online
After you purchase online you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Within two working days you will receive confirmation that your Membership has been activated, enabling you to access all the benefits reserved for members.

Gift option
If you select this option, an email confirming your purchase of a gift membership will be sent. The recipient activates their Membership by scanning the QR code on the confirmation email.

Purchasing at the ticket office

Our staff are on hand for any help you may require while purchasing a membership.

Renewal
To be able to access all the benefits your Membership must be current.

You will receive an e-mail inviting you to renew your Membership the month before it expires. After paying the annual fee, your Membership will be extended for one year from the expiry date. You can renew your Membership at any time, online or at the ticket office.

For example, if you purchase your Membership on 1st February 2025, you will be able to access all the benefits until 1st February 2026. To continue enjoying the benefits in March 2026, you will need to renew your Membership.
